Could I Be Pregnant?

I missed my monthly cycle this month and I am showing signs of pregnancy. My signs are nausea, frequent urination, headaches, change of odor in urine, food craving, lower abdominal cramping, back pain, i have to sleep on my stomach ( I used to never be able to sleep on my stomach), certain smells make me want to puke, and I'm often tired. I took two tests and both came back negative. Can someone PLEASE give me some advice? Thanks
