Baby & Parenting Guide

sleeping babyYour pregnancy and special delivery are over and you've completed the adoption process -- congratulations! Now what? The fun -- and work! -- is just beginning.

You'll make scads and scads of ill-considered parenting choices at every stage of your child's life -- beginning with decisions about breastfeeding, diapering, and of course choosing a baby name -- and there will be many junctures at which you will naturally seek out more information and the support of other parents navigating similar murky waters.

For some of you, this is just a stroll around the block. You have been there before, and you have the knowledge and wisdom of an experienced parent already. All are welcome, and others will feel gratitude you are here sharing your opinion and experiences!

On these pages you will find information on all subjects related to babies and parenting. Search the pages for answers, and add your own wisdom as you go. Have a question that isn't answered? Ask it here.

I have a very strong feeling after 2 other children that I am pregnant and I have also contracted cystitis. My doctor has put me on antibiotics.... I know that a UTI can lead to a miscarriage, but does anyone know if this risk is from now on, or is it only when I actualy have the infection i.e. once cleared up, all risk attached to it gone. Trying not to worry and let things be, but can't help wondering. Can anyone help??
