New born baby faces eye problem like matting or green discharge due to irritation from the ointment applied after birth or by Blocked Tear Duct. Can anyone give any idea what is the necessary steps to be taken?

ok.. i had sex wit my x without a condom and he pulled out be4 or maybe rite as he cummed. and itss been lik 4 days and i cant stop thinkin and worriny bout it and i have no clue wat to think or excpect and all i'm doin is juss hopin for my period all i've been doin is prayin and prayin tht i'm not pregnant and i cant tell my mom about it or anything . so i dont kno wat to do . someone please HELP!
