I wanted to "pay it forward" and recommend a product that has made a huge difference in my life. For me, getting off the baby weight was easy. In all the advice people love to share no one never warns you about the importance of good shoes. The shoes you wear should be comfortable and give you good support. I found that in my flat sandals and my work boots that I could not wear the for more than 20 minuets before they made me miserable. Dont hesitate to go find a good pair of shoes . Personaly I avoid wearing them unless I MUST.
