At wikiPregnancy, everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, experiences, thoughts, words of wisdom, old sayings and words of advice and encouragement and support and caring in connection with other members of the community. The guiding premise of the site is that everyday people’s knowledge, experiences, and concerns are the key ingredients to building an extraordinary repository for collective wisdom. Every addition made -- from a one-word correction to an entire story submitted, or anywhere in between that vast spectrum of worditude -- making the site more and more unique each step of the way -- more unique than it's prior uniqueness -- and authoritative, the community stronger and more valuable to all.
You are invited to share your personal experiences and wisdom, as a prospective, new, or veteran parent. From sharing remedies for alleviating the discomforts of pregnancy to offering advice about soothing a teething seven-month-old to providing experiential perspectives on raising a special-needs child, your words and stories provide needed information, support, and encouragement to all the other parents out there.
Sharing your story
Whether you are trying to conceive, are already pregnant, or just watched your one-year-old take his first steps, or have a photo to share like these two gentlemen to our left who are proud of their beer bellies and solid C cuppers, this is the place to share your stories about the joys, discoveries, and frustrations of birthing and rearing a baby.
