So many questions!
Nov 27 2007, 3:02 PM EST
Hello everyone!
For the past few weeks I've been very nervous (but not worried) that I am pregnant- Nervous being the case only because I am sixteen. I have taken two pregnancy tests so far and both have come out negative. I really have not noticed any symptoms besides the fact of my missed period, as well as some very slight, almost cramps in the lower abdomen area. Ive been eating more lately but I believe a lot of that is due to stress, seeing as I take classes at our community college, and finals are just around the corner.
Ultimately, my questions are:
1. Does it seem very likely that I am pregnant, and
2. What are some other causes of late periods? [Mine is about 2-3 weeks late]

I think stress is definitely playing a big role in the whole situation. Like I mentioned earlier, finals are coming up shortly. If it turns out that I am pregnant, I plan to keep the baby as hard as it will be. I know I have a very supportive boyfriend who is backing me 100% and although I may not be ready just yet, I know I will be.

Opinions, answers, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

pregnancy tests can take a few weeks to show as positive, best to go see a doctor :) are you taking any medications?

these meds can cause problems with pregnancy tests

When I was younger I missed my period a few times but I knew I wasn't pregnant because I wasn't sexually active but a change in appetitie or your eating habits you could say and high stress levels can cause you to miss it i wouldn't worry to much if you have already taken two tests and they have come up negative the slight cramping should be a good sign.
