Am I pregnant or is it a phantom pregnancy?

I was 14 weeks pregnant on 30th March when I had a misscarage. me and my partner fell pregnant as soon as coming off the pill. All my family and friends around me are pregnant too which makes things hard sometimes.
since loosing the baby I have still had no sign of a period but i'm getting similar symptoms as i had with the first pregnancy. I have done a few tests all coming out negative, am I pregnant or is it a phantom pregnancy? Do you find this valuable?
