I am really confused. please help

i took a digital pregnancy test and it said not pregnant but the test strip had a line and a second faded line. My fiance and i have been tyring for the last 5months. I still have my period but they're lasting a day orlonger and earlier. I have a lot of headaches, gas, runny nose and watery eyes, i pee atleast 9times a day, i crave sweets, i get dizzy and light headed,numdness, back and stomach cramping, i use to be nausous, my stomach is getting bigger and harder,i have a dark to mediun line going down my stomach, my stomach starts hurting around the same time almost every day but mostly at night, and it feels like weird movements in my stomach. I've been pregnanc\nt before but no symptoms besides cravings, could i be pregnant even though my blood and urine test keep coming up negative? Alsoi wake up more during the night, can't really consentrate. please answer back a.s.a.p.

I had the same thing happen to me i took a test and it turn out to be negetive but it had a hardly noticable second line. come to find out i was ... it was just to early to take an over the couter test.... but my doctor confimred it and 9 months later, my daughter was born.

"Pink or Red or even lighter a LINE is a LINE says most articles. So be happy its a positive sign. Always better to go for a blood test by the doctor. The kits say to repeat the test after 48Hrs with the first early morning urine midstream. Congrates. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Some times you are pregnant but you dont have enough of the pregnancy hormone in you yet to be detected on the urine stick. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I agree with the others - it could be positive. You can either wait and test again at home (first thing in the morning) or get a blood test done by your doctor.

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last 2 months. My period is now about 2 days late, so I took a First Response Pregnancy Test. I was shocked when I saw a second faded line. It was SO faded though, that I wasn't sure if I was imagining it!!! I thought it might just be seeing an outline of the lines underneath the test or something, because that second line was barely visible- but it was there! Everything online said that if you see a second line- no matter how faint- then you are pregnant! So... I bought a digital EPT test right away so I could know for sure (the ones that say "pregnant" or "not pregnant"), and it said "Not Pregnant!" I was so upset. I am guessing that if the digital one says that I am not pregnant that I just am not pregnant... right? I guess I will just wait a few more days and see if my period comes, but it's so frustrating and is playing with my emotions! Who knew that reading a pregnancy test would be this difficult! Do you find this valuable? |

In regards to my comment above... just to help out anyone in a similar situation... turns out that I AM pregnant!!!!!!!!!!! YAY! I guess the pregnancy was still so new that the pregnancy hormone barely showed up on the first test. A few days later the line was a little darker, and a few days later, again darker. This last Sunday it become a very deep, very real pregnancy line! We are so happy and excited! Good luck to everyone out there!!
