two day late period + other things going on, could I be pregnant?

My boyfriend and I had sex, and he thinks some might have came into me. My period was missed for two days, and its always been on the dot kinda thing, and, I was suppose to start it the 24th, I started the 26th, and I had little cramping the first day, but after i had no cramps at all. I am on a "like" period thing. Like.. I had my period, its 75% brown, 25% redish-pink. It also doesnt come out, the blood, when I pee, and i only know when I take out the tampon(which I kinda put in there half and half because I dont know what its going to do. And i start at the beginning of the morning but by mid day, its all gone, no more bleeding. and its been like this for at least 2 days now. And I have been also feeling kinda sick when i stand up at random times, and I have soft breasts, and they get tender at random times. and my stomach hurts, also, at times, and I get hungry at times too. I took a test, it said negative, but when I took it, i was having that period thing that im experiencing. As of this moment, my period has stopped(for now.) Its been an off and on thing everyday. I'll wake up, be bleeding(it wouldnt show up when I pee, only when I wipe) and then put a tampon in and pull it out, then I wouldn bleed anymore/barely that day again. All that is left is brown. I have been experiencing almost the same exact thing. 2 days late...im usually like clockwork but having a little cramping and when it came a little on toilet paper i did the same thing and put a tampon in to see if there was blood in there...and there definately was but still unsure....and still going to take a test. I've been on the pill for almost 20 yrs now but thought i had not missed any in the previous month but i may have....i honestly cant remember...which is horrible but hey....and i have sex ONE time and this is where im at....wish me luck...good luck to u too...
