obese and trying to get pregnant

me and my boyfriend have been trying to have a baby for three years i use to weight almost 300 lbs then i started losing weight and now i am down to about 270 so now i have regluar periods and now two months ago a missed one and i took a test but it came up negative and then this month i missed it again but i started to spot and now today i started to spot again so now i am very confused what is going with my body but i do want to have a baby so bad

take another pregnancy test, and keep focusing on the weight loss... I know, it's tough, and it goes slowly. but the healthier you are when you get pregnant, the healthier your baby will be not only when it's born, but for the rest of it's life.
