I need help!

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 5 weeks ago. I was on the birth control patch for about 2 years, i recently switched and went on the pill. My last period was from Oct14-20. I started taking my new pills on Oct19. On oct 28 i started my period for the second time this month, it lasted all day then the next day there was nothing. And today i started a again. COuld that mean that i am pregnant or is it because i am swtiching my birth control?? Please help!
