im really confused!!!! NEED HELP

my boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to start a family. my period is like clockwork for the past 3 years it has been every 23 days but when it came time to come this month it was 5 days late!! and like i said before my boyfriend and i were trying to have a kid so the previous month we had unprotected sex very often. So i Thought i was late cause i was pregnant? I took 5 hpt and they were all negative! i even went to the clinic and it was still negative? today i woke up i noticed my period well its pretty light and lately ive had really bad lower back pain along with a slight fever and some cramps? i guess my question is am i pregnant? i heard many time people don't find out until a month? and I also heard that if im bleeding that im not pregnant? i have another appt. with the doctor in 2 weeks for another test im just worried and dont really know what to think??? PLEASE HELP!!!! Do you find this valuable?

Have you had your other appointment yet? Yes you are not meant to bleed in pregnancy however some women do, it is actually quite common for some women to experience some form of bleeding in the first months. Its just hard to tell because so many of the symptoms are the same as before a period. I hope all goes well! good luck!! Do you find this valuable?
