In all the advice people love to share no one never warns you about the importance of good shoes. The shoes you wear should be comfortable and give you good support. I found that in my flat sandals and my work boots that I could not wear the for more than 20 minuets before they made me miserable. Dont hesitate to go find a good pair of shoes . Personaly I avoid wearing them unless I MUST. Do you find this valuable?
