It is said that the cradle cap on a baby's scalp is not itchy and it doesn't cause any discomfort to the baby. Is it true? And will it cure on its own?

Cradle cap is perfectly harmless. It's kind of like dandruff, in that it won't hurt you, it's just unflattering. You can use a small amount of baby oil or Head-n-Shoulders, let it set, then scrub with your fingers. Do that for until the cradle cap comes off. Bathtime is great for it, because you can soften the cap with water. Before you do it however, see where the cradle cap is concentrated, so you know where you're scrubbing. Do you find this valuable?
