Could I be pregrant?

I am three days late. i have had a fever since i have been late. I am constantly feeling sick and my breasts hurt like crazy. i have all the symptoms, but when i took a test a few days ago it came out negative. what should i do?

i would go to the clinic to get a test and or blood test
