hi, my names Claire and i found out i was pregnant 7 weeks ago - Aug 22 - i`d not been well for about 6 weeks prior and was visiting doctors throughout because was not sure what was wrong... finally after numerous tests and about 7 preg tests including blood test for pregnancy we finally found out i was indeed pregnant! As you can imagine i was over the moon! Unfortunatly two days later i started heavy bleeding and pain and after spending the weekend in hospital it was confirmed i had had a miscarriage. i was devestated but had a lot of support and felt strong enough to talk to people about it and get back on with life, if you know what i mean. Well my question is to you all is..... Since my miscarriage i`ve had no period... admittidly my partner and i have not used any protection since which i know we should to help my body out but for emotional reasons i just cant stop trying i`ve wanted a child of my own for so so long now and it doesn't help that my partner already has a child, who i love dearly but its just not the same x Anyway, is it possible that i`m pregnant again? or would you say its just my body adjusting, i`ve not got symptoms its just that my wee feels thicker when i wee recently which was the same when i was pregnant and didn't know.... has anyone else been in the same boat? sorry about the essay i`ve wrote but i really need to talk to others in my situation xxxx i appriciate any replies xxx Do you find this valuable?

Hi there! I have not been in your situation ever but I felt I needed to respond to your comment. I'm so sorry you went through such a horrible experience. I hope and pray that you will conceive a child very soon. I do know that my sister in law went through a miscarriage, and she bled for awhile after she had lost her baby, so I just don't want you to get your hopes up because your body may still be cleaning it self out. You should see your doctor though, just to make sure your body is doing what it's suppose to! Best wishes to you, and your husband, and keep looking up, because your time to start a family will come soon. God Bless!! Do you find this valuable?

I also had a miscarriage about 2 1/2 months ago... it took awhile for me to get my first and even longer for my second period... and of course both times I got all excited thinking I was pregnant... I don't want to get your hopes of because it is very well possible you could be pregnant... but a lot of women don't ovulate their first cycle after a m/c,,,, I really hope you have good news!!!!!

Oh and about the feeling of being obsessed with being pregnant right away... I think alot of that is emotional healing and some of it is hormones... but it gets better with time... not that you won't still want a baby... it just gets easier to deal with.
