RE: trying again
Nov 20 2006, 9:47 PM EST I've read that it can be quite a while after a miscarriage for your cycle to even out. That said, it is certainly possible that you are pregnant! If you can stand to wait, testing at 5 weeks makes sense because that is where you've had success before. On the other hand, if you don't want to wait, don't! But a 3-pack and test every other day if you like. Good luck! I hope you get the news you are hoping for. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: trying again
Dec 23 2007, 1:21 PM EST My first pregnancy was an ectopic, my next two were miscarriages. The ectopic was the traumatizing, almost died, I had to have my husband carry me to the bathroom for a month afterwards because I couldn't walk from pain...I had to have two shots of methaltrexate, a chemo drug which they use to disolve the fetus. It was hard. Really hard. I went into counseling because of grief, jealousy of pregnant moms. Then I got pregnant, but my daughter went into fetal distress at 6 mo. Its still a mystery what happened, but she survived and is thriving. She is 6, I also have a 4, 2, and another on the way. All healthy and happy. Hang in there, keep trying, and seek help from doctors. Its hard, but you can get through these hard times. Do you find this valuable? |
