period 3 days late, 16 years old.

My period is three days late, just over a week ago me & this guy were fooling around, foreplay etc. We didn't full on have sex, but he put his penis in me a couple of times.I've never been late before, I've got really tender breasts, nausea, dizziness, dull stomach cramps, tiredness, indigestion & the thought of some things I love, like coffee, even the thought of it makes me want to throw up. Could I be pregnant?when is it best to take a test? Do you find this valuable?
