could i pregnant?

Hey all, so the inside of my vagina is tighter and seems to be swelling, there is no discharge, weird smell or discoloration in my urine. Last night i saw varicose veins going directly to my nipples and my stomach. I have very sore and tender boobs today. I am supposed to be getting my period but have never felt this way before. My stomach feels bloated and when i try to suck in I cant suck in the buldge, it feels tights. I am also constipated and am having intense mood swings and heat flashes. My temp has been low in the morning and high as the day progresses. I have a gyno apt tomorrow but i am so nervous. all my friends and family say i am pregnant but i want to know if anyone can relate to these symptoms and what you might think it is. I am urinating every five minutes it seems, and i pee quite a lot and with no pain or irritation, so being that i have no discharge, or itching etc it cannot be a UTI or yeast infection. Please let me know what you think.
