Me and my boyfriend have a beautiful 18 month old little boy but we would like to make a new addition to our family in the next 2 years. I had a complicated pregnancy and birth with my little one and my body still has not quite recovered. I am still really big and cant seem to shift the baby weight. I want to do everything I can to avoid having complications next time so I know I need to lose the weight but I don't know how much I need to lose. I am a bit scared about having another one which is why im asking for help. I desperately want another child for my little boy and both me and my partner are really hoping for a daughter so any tips in how to make our dream come true will be greatly appreciated Do you find this valuable?
