could i be pregnant?

I've been on birth control for about a year now me and my boyfriend have sex a lot ... well this month i didn't have a period im a litlle nervous .. to be honest i havent been taking my pills around the same time of the day i forget.. and latly i've been really tired my breast hurt a little not too much, and my back has kinda been hurting.. i've taken 2 pregnancy test both negitive..also during when i was suppose to have my period its been like a brownish/pinkish discharge?? im confused dont know what to think?
